Strong for Life
Strong for Life is an exercise program under Aging Adult Services at Stanford Hospital & Clinics designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health in older adults with or without physical limitations. Join Program Coordinator Larkin Lapides as she presents the principles of the program and then leads a session.
