Stanford Hospital & Clinics, and our new Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center, in Redwood City, is a proud sponsor of the 2009 Summer National Senior Games, August 1 to 15 at Stanford University and the San Francisco Bay area -- one of the world's largest festival sporting events.

10,000 athletes ages 50 and over will compete in 25 Olympic and traditional sports. 30,000 visitors from across the United States will attend and watch.

We will deliver our world class medical care to the athletes at the venues and urgent care for Games visitors at our affiliate Menlo Medical Clinic. And we'll present lectures and activities on health and peak performance at our booth in the Athletes Village that are open to all.

Join us as we celebrate health and fitness and cheer these inspiring men and women to personal victory!

To volunteer or attend the Games, visit 2009seniorgames.org. Admission is free.
