He was no condescending, he took it seriously, he described the surgical options, and he took care of it the first visit. I have undergone the same procedure at Harvard and Washington University. I got a very quick response from the office saying that Dr. Bronk was out of the office that day but they'd be sure to get my message to him. I received a response from Dr. Bronk at 10 PM ON A DAY HE WASN'T EVEN IN HIS OFFICE! That's remarkable and so appreciated. I also received a call from his office first thing the following morning so that they could get me in right away. That shows incredibly good communication between and among Dr. Bronk his office staff.
