Clinical Trials
- The purpose of this multicenter trial is to investigate the safety and efficacy of multiple Human Heterologous Liver Cells (HHLivC) infusions in pediatric patients with Urea Cycle Disorders. The aim of this new therapy option is to supply a sufficient amount of healthy liver cells to partially compensate for the metabolic defect by reducing the risk for hyperammonemic crisis. Recruiting
