Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center, Redwood City

A new era in Stanford ambulatory care will begin this February with the opening of the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center in Redwood City.
Located at 450 Broadway St. in Redwood City with easy access and ample on-site parking, the Outpatient Center will offer a range of services, including Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Dermatology, Imaging Services, Digestive Health, Sleep Medicine, and Pain Management. The center is designed to offer an environment that is commensurate with Stanford’s quality of care, and the facility was built with a patient-centric approach to provide the highest level of personal service. Every aspect of comfort for patients has been thoroughly planned, from concierge assistance to one-stop convenience.

Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center represents the first time in half a century that Stanford has relocated multiple academic and related clinical activities away from its main academic campus.

- Size: 360,000 square feet
- Medical Facilities: 96 exam rooms, 3 MRIs and 3 CTs, along with 8 operating rooms designed for the increasing number of surgical procedures that do not require hospitalization.
- Clinics: All outpatient services for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Dermatology, Sleep Medicine, and Pain Management. Extensive diagnostic imaging services and equipment also are available on-site. And a new Digestive Health Center is being planned, as well as a weight loss center.
- Medical Staff: More than 100 Stanford faculty physicians from the School of Medicine and clinical staff from Stanford Hospital & Clinics will have offices and clinics at the new Outpatient Center.
- Parking: Ample free parking, nearly 1,175 spaces in all, is available on site. There also will be a valet parking service for use by patients and visitors at a charge of $8/day.
