Referring physicians are welcome to contact Stanford Hospital & Clinics directly or call the Stanford Referral Center for assistance at (866) 742-4811 or email referral@stanfordmed.org.
The referral center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST) to provide you and your staff information and assistance on how to refer your patients. Please contact the referral center for the following:
- Provide contact names and phone numbers for physicians and services
- Physician Referral Liaison Service
- Physician to Physician consultation and communication (24 hour service)
- Cancer Referral Line (877) 668-7535
- Verify scheduled appointments for your patients
- Contracting information and support for Medical Groups and Health Plans
- Provide information regarding specific programs, clinical trials and faculty specialization
