Physician Helpline
The Physician Helpline offers referring physicians direct access to a nurse who can facilitate and monitor requests including:
- Diagnosis and appropriate clinic and physician referrals
- Direct connection to faculty physicians
- Service recovery and issue resolution
Call: 866-742-4811 Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (PST).
After hours, please call the hospital page operator at 650-723-4000 and ask for the physician on call.
For non-emergent referrals, you may leave a message on the Physician Helpline and your concern will be addressed on the next business day.
Patients can obtain additional information regarding Stanford services and appointments by calling the Stanford Consumer Line at 800-756-9000.
