- Clinic visit notes
- Lab results
- ED summaries
- Radiology reports/images
- Progress notes
- Discharge summaries
- Procedure notes
- Other data relevant to continuation of care
- Assign clinical/office staff as delegates

- Clinic staff granted delegate access (Physician must sign up first and assign delegates)
