Geriatric Care Series: Session III
Hospital Care of Older Adults
The growing number of older hospitalized patients presents special challenges to nurses who are providing their care.
The curriculum is based on NICHE model of care (Nurses Improving Care for Health System Elders) which was developed by Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing and NYU College of Nursing.
This program is supported by Aging Adult Services (AAS) and the Geriatric Medical Services at Stanford Hospital and Clinics.
