Visiting Hours
Individual units and special units, such as intensive care, have different visiting hours. Please see below for visiting hours on the units.

For information on a patient, please contact the hospital operator at (650) 723-4000. The full name of the patient is required for the release of information. If you wish to bring food to a patient, please check with the nurse on the patient's unit, as dietary restrictions may apply.
Semi-private rooms are limited in space - we kindly ask you to limit guests to two per visit. The hospital provides facilities accessible to people with disabilities.
Many helpful services, such as Interpreters, Aging Adult Services, Art for Health, Music Therapy, Massage Therapy, Stanford Health Library and Spiritual Care, are available upon request for patients and visitors. Please call Guest Services at (650) 498-3333 to find out about these services and more. We're happy to help you with anything you may need as a patient or guest at Stanford Hospital!
Visiting Hours on the Units
ATU: Ambulatory Treatment Unit, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. Guests must be over the age of 12.
B1 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
B2 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
B3 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (Neuro observation rooms hours are 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
C1 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
C2 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
C3 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
D Ground: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
D1 Unit: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
D2 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. Guests must be over the age of 12.
D3 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. Guests must be over the age of 12.
E Ground: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
E1 Unit: Guests are welcome to visit anytime.
E2 Intensive Care Unit (ICU): 10:00 am - 10:00 pm, every 2 hours on the even hour for 30 minutes, guests must be over the age of 16.
E3 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
F Ground: Guests are welcome to visit at anytime.
F1 Unit: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Guests must be over the age of 12.
F2 Unit: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Guests must be over the age of 12.
F3 Unit: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
G2 Unit: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
H2 Unit: Monday - Friday: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Weekend and holidays: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
North Intensive Care Unit (NICU): 10:00 am - 10 :00 pm, every 2 hours on the even hour for 30 minutes, guests must be over the age of 16.
