Patient billing services at Stanford Hospital & Clinics and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital are provided by the billing office. To inquire about a bill you received for physician or hospital-related services please contact customer service.

Directions to Patient Financial Services

• From the Stanford Hospital & Clinics' parking lot, turn left onto Blake Wilbur, turn right onto Pasteur Drive, and veer to the right onto Sand Hill Road. Turn right onto El Camino Real (southbound). Turn right onto Page Mill Road. At the traffic signal for Hanover Street, turn right. The business office is at 2690 Hanover, on the corner of Page Mill Road and Hanover Street.
  
• From Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital parking lot, turn left onto Welch Road. Turn right onto Pasteur Drive and follow the above directions from Pasteur Drive to 2690 Hanover Street.
