Issues with Reports
If a report is not running properly, open an incident ticket by sending an email to the SHC Service Desk [psc-shcservicedesk ps.net] or by calling 650-723-3333.
- Include the report number for Clarity and Reporting Work Bench (CSC ID in the lower left corner of report) or the folder path in MyEpic along with the report name.
- Indicate that the ticket should be assigned to SHC-EPIC-Reporting2.
To request a new report or modify an existing report, you can:
- Submit your request online
- Email the SHC Service Desk [psc-shcservicedesk ps.net] or
- Call 650-723-3333
