Requesting Access to Epic Mobile for iPhone & iPad
Please follow the instructions below to request access to Epic Mobile applications Haiku (iPhone) and Canto (iPad).
Who can request Epic for the iPad (Canto)?
Canto is available for all active credentialed SHC providers per Medical Staff Office:

On the device you wish to register, go to the website https://epicmobile.stanfordhospital.org

Sign-in using your SID and Password

You will be provided a link to download an App called UDID that reveals your devices UDID (Universal Device ID).

After the app is downloaded, launch the App and press the "Copy" button to copy your UDID to your clipboard.

Go back to your Safari session to paste your UDID into the input box and press submit.

You will immediately receive an e-mail to the email address on record with the MSO office.

Click the link contained in the email to submit the application (note you can access and click link in the email from any computer or device).

You will receive an email once your application has been processed and access has been granted (1 business day).

The email will contain the final instructions to download and access Haiku (iPhone/iPod) or Canto (iPad).
