Downtime Procedures
Stanford Hospital & Clinics developed a Downtime Policy for when the system is non-operational to minimize interruptions to patient care during a planned or unplanned Epic downtime. This policy presents the overall downtime and recovery procedures that Epic users should follow in the event that the system is temporarily unavailable.
