Laptop Specifications
If you are trying to use Epic on a home or personal laptop, then your machine will need to meet these minimum requirements in order for Epic to function properly.
Windows Citrix Web plug-in , version 11.2 or higher:

OS - Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 32- and 64-bit

Browsers - Microsoft IE6-IE8, Mozilla Firefox 1.0-3.0

Hardware – VGA or SVGA with 1024x768 and higher, network card, sound card (optional), at least 256MB RAM
Mac Citrix plug-I, version 11.0 or higher:

OS - Mac OS X version 10.5 or higher including Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion (Intel-based and PowerPC), 32- and 64-bit

PLEASE NOTE: Mac OS versions released before 2007 (10.4 Tiger and lower) are NOT supported for remote access. If you have one of these older operating systems, please upgrade software (and hardware, if needed) to a more recent version.
