Obtaining Access to Epic

Stanford Medical Students and Visiting Medical Students (who are registered in a clerkship for credit) need to contact either Suzanne Bethard [SBethard] or Zera Murphy [Zera.Murphy] regarding Epic access.
Common Issues:
- Your account is inactive

You have not completed training. Please contact EpiCenter University [EpiCenterUniversity].

You have completed training but your account has not been activated yet. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your access to be granted following training. Contact the Service Desk at 650-723-3333 to have your password reset.

An account was never requested for you. Please contact either Suzanne Bethard [SBethard] or Zera Murphy [Zera.Murphy].

- Your colleague has different options in Epic than you have. Please note that all medical students have the same template within Epic, so you will need to work with your resident if they have functionality that you do not.
