ClinicalTrials.Gov

The U.S. National Institutes of Health offers a registry and results database of publicly and privately supported clinical studies of human participants conducted around the world. Their directory has more 100,000 studies in all 50 states and in over 180 countries. To search all government funded clinical trials, use the ClinicalTrials.gov directory.
