Enter the hospital through the main entrance (by the large fountain). This is the Boswell Building.
- Take the elevator or stairs directly in front of you to the third floor.
- Turn right off the elevator or out of the stairwell, and pass through two sets of glass doors (this will take you outside to a breezeway, then into the main hospital building).
- Rehabilitation Services is on the right just after the second glass of doors, across from the B3 patient unit. The room number is H3124. Enter the hallway and go to the reception area.
- In the out-patient center, the therapy department is in the A-building, second floor.
