To make an appointment with one of our specialists, call the Stanford Tropical Medicine and Traveler's Health Clinic at (650) 736-5700. Our offices are open for scheduling Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. A pre-travel consultation 4-6 weeks prior to departure is optimal.
After you've booked your itinerary, please download, complete both pages, and fax our pre-travel risk assessment prior to visiting our office. Please bring all vaccination records to your appointment and take a look at our list of vaccination costs (cash prices). We look forward to seeing you.
