Treatment Options
The key to successfully treating a sleep disorder is an accurate diagnosis. There are over 100 different sleep disorders, and each of those has a different treatment approach. For some disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea , there are several choices available, so it is important that you discuss the options with your physician and develop a treatment plan.
If you would like to pursue a treatment for a previously diagnosed sleep disorder, schedule an appointment with the Stanford Sleep Medicine Center. Visit the Planning Your Visit section for more details.
