Diagnosing Your Sleep Disorder
The Stanford Sleep Clinic is committed to making a thorough assessment of your sleep issues so that we can fully understand your condition and create a treatment plan specific to your needs.
Using a multi-disciplinary approach, we not only look at the problems you’re experiencing with sleep, but the underlying causes – and effects – when diagnosing and treating your sleep issues. We also have a full range of tests at our disposal to help our physicians gain an understanding of your condition.

When you refer a patient to the Stanford Sleep Clinic, we want to assure you that we will provide the same level of care you provide your patient. We share your goal of diagnosing and treating your patient so that they can return to living a healthy life. Referring physicians should click here to begin the process of referring a patient to the Stanford Sleep Clinic.
To refer a new patient, fill out a Referral Form and fax with supporting documentation to 650-320-9443. You can contact the Referral Center Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST).
