How Sleep Clinic Patients Can Participate in a Research Study
When a study involves human subjects the researchers must carefully evaluate what type of individuals should participate in the study and develop inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure appropriate individuals are enrolled. These criteria are devised for safety purposes and to ensure that the researchers will be able to devise conclusions based on the data collected.
Each study has a study coordinator who works with the principal investigator to evaluate whether a person meets eligibility criteria.
If you’re interested in participating in a study, click on any of the below links to review the project details, and find out if you meet the inclusion criteria. Then contact the study coordinator to learn more about the study and determine whether you’re a good candidate for participation.
