Lab and Test Results
Abnormal results or those of an urgent nature will be communicated to you as soon as these results are available by phoning you directly or, if not readily available by phone, via a MyHealth message for those of you who have active accounts.
All normal lab and test results will be communicated to you as soon as we are able. For those of you who have active MyHealth accounts, results will be sent electronically within two business days of physicians’ receiving these results. If you do not have an active MyHealth account, you should receive the results in the mail within two weeks of physicians’ receiving these results.
