Driving Directions

From US Highway 101

• Take the University Avenue exit West (toward Palo Alto / Stanford).
  
  
• As you enter the gates to Stanford, University Avenue changes names to Palm Drive.
  
  
• Continue on Palm Drive to Arboretum Road, at the traffic light, turn RIGHT on Arboretum.
  
  
• At the next light, turn LEFT on Quarry Road.
  
  
• Turn RIGHT from Quarry Road onto Welch Road.
  
  
• Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery is on the LEFT at 801 Welch Road. 

Limited free parking is available for patients behind the building. Overflow parking is available at the Blake Wilbur parking garage.

Directions to the overflow parking garage

Exit parking lot, turn left onto Welch Road, left at second light onto Pasteur Drive, left onto Blake Wilbur Drive, then right into the parking garage.

From Interstate 280

• Take the Sand Hill Road exit to the east (toward Palo Alto / Stanford).
  
  
• Turn RIGHT on Pasteur Drive. Turn LEFT onto Welch Road, follow it around the curve.
  
  
• Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery is on the RIGHT at 801 Welch Road.
