We are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We offer free at-door parking. Phone us at (650) 498-5566 and fax us at (650) 498-5640. Plan to arrive AT LEAST 20 MINUTES before your first appointment to fill out intake forms and sign consent forms. That will help us provide you with the best care most smoothly.
Our staff will be glad to answer your questions or schedule an appointment for you. If you want to be seen by a clinician, our first step is to check your insurance coverage, both eligibility and benefits, with your insurer. If you can fax a copy of your insurance card to us, we can proceed most efficiently. This is especially important if have not been seen at Stanford Hospital and Clinics previously or your insurance information has changed.
Directions to the Medical Plaza on the corner of Welch and Pasteur Roads:
From Bayshore US Highway 101 North or South
Take the Embarcadero Road/West exit. Follow Embarcadero Road for about two miles. Cross El Camino Real, after which the road becomes Galvez Street. Turn right at Arboretum Road. Turn left on Quarry Road. Turn right on Welch Road. The Medical Plaza is located at 1101 Welch Road and will be on your left. If you cross Pasteur Drive, you have gone too far.
From 280 North or South
Turn RIGHT from Sandhill Road onto
Vineyard Lane and then RIGHT on Quarry Rd. Then make a RIGHT onto Welch Rd.
El Camino Real North or South
Pass Stanford Shopping Center and turn RIGHT on Quarry, then proceed to Welch Road and make a RIGHT. 1101 will be on the left hand side.
ONCE YOU GET TO THE MEDICAL PLAZA DRIVEWAY:
As soon as you enter the driveway, turn right to go as far as possible toward Pasteur Drive. When you are at that side of the plaza, turn left and go to the middle of the building on your left.
