Drs. Berube (MD) and Wen (Pharm.D.) are responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures, serve as liaisons for the clinic and are available for handling challenging clinical situations.
The clinical pharmacists provide point of care testing, patient education, dosing recommendations and medication/diet interaction management. They are also responsible for ordering labs, for triaging patient management problems, for developing policies and procedures, and for implementing clinic improvements.
The pharmacy residents assist in providing education to the patients in the clinic as well as inpatients receiving anticoagulation therapy. The pharmacy residents also help precept pharmacy students.
The administrative assistant is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic.
