It is very important that you make an appointment to see us since our daily schedule is always full and we can only accommodate only a few number of patients per day.
If you feel that your situation is emergent, please go to the emergency room.
Clinic Hours
We see patients with an appointment during the following hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Please arrange your visits with us during these times. The Pharmacist may schedule special appointments at other times if necessary.
Blood Draw
If you need to have a blood draw only, you should contact us for a requisition order that is good for six months. We request that routine blood draws be done for patients who cannot be seen during the regular Oral Anticoagulation Clinic appointments. For your safety, please have your INR checked if you have not seen us in a while.
Tips to make sure your visit to the clinic goes smoothly:
- LABELS: you will need to stop by registration once each month to receive updated labels for us to use. In order for the clinic or the lab to provide services and report your result to the right places, the labels given to you at admitting need to be attached to your samples/records. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
- MEDICATIONS: make sure you keep an updated list of medications with you so you can go over any changes with us at your visit.
