Generally, your physician will request an evaluation by one of Stanford's transplant specialists. Your previous medical records will be reviewed and additional testing may be required in order to fully assess your condition.
Patients undergoing initial evaluation, medical follow-up before transplant, and post-transplant follow-up, both early and late, are seen in the intestinal transplant clinic. Patients are seen by appointment only.
