The arthritis and joint replacement service specializes in the care of adult patients with arthritic disorders of the hip, knee, and shoulder.
Patients are treated with a wide array of medical and surgical treatments that may include:
- primary partial and total joint replacements
- revision of failed joint replacements
- realignment osteotomies
- treatment of osteonecrosis
- treatment of hip dysplasia
In addition, there is special expertise in the use of minimally-invasive surgical techniques, computer-assisted surgery, and the treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory joint disorders.
