Stanford's radiosurgery program includes neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, and physicists working together to treat tumors and AVMs with stereotactic radiosurgery. The program offers state-of-the-art technology including the CyberKnife, a frameless image-guided robotic radiosurgical system. Our mission is to provide noninvasive treatment of tumors and AVMs throughout the body.

Research and testing in the Image Guidance Laboratories (IGL) have led to revolutionary advances in the use of surgical navigation for neurosurgery.
