How long does it take to get a first appointment?

It usually takes two to three weeks to get into see one of our Interventional Cardiology specialists.

Why does it take so long to get in?

Because each of our physicians is scheduled only one day a week to see patients in clinics and is treating patients when not in clinic.

What records should I bring to my first appointment?

Any pertinent or recent diagnostic records including stress tests, coronary angiograms, lab tests or echocardiograms.

Are Stanford Hospital & Clinics' services covered by insurance?

It is always best to check with your insurance company.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please call our clinic receptionists at (650) 725-2621. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm to help you with rescheduling or canceling your appointment.
