Julie Morris RN, BSN
Julie earned her Baccalaureate in Nursing at San Jose State University in December, 1987 and joined Stanford as a Staff Nurse in January, 1988. Julie started as a new graduate in the Coronary Care Unit/Cardiac Surveillance unit where she worked for nine years, the last two and-a-half years as an Assistant Nurse Manager.
Julie then worked for Stanford Homecare and Stanford Hospice for five years, and then transitioned to a Nurse Coordinator in the Cardiology Clinic working with interventional cardiology, general cardiology, and congestive heart failure patients.
She has worked with the Stanford Marfan Center and Aortic Disorders since 2003. Her vast knowledge base has made her an excellent resource to patients, their families, and her colleagues.
Her goals are to continue to provide excellent clinical care, and ongoing support and education to her patients and their families.
