We provide 24 hour coverage for our patients at (650) 723-7111.
Patients may reach one of our outstanding Arrhythmia Nurse Specialists during clinic hours.
After hours, patients may use the answering service to reach the Arrhythmia Service Physician On-Call.
New Patients
For your first appointment, please bring the following current test results and information:
- Electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG)
- Holter Report
- Heart MRI
- Heart CT
Also, please bring the following information from your referring physician:
- Your medical history
- Report or results from a physical examination
Arrangements for testing can be made when you call the clinic to make your appointment, if any of these test results will be needed.
