March 14  Las Vegas, NV. 22nd Annual National Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference. Dr. Rockson invited to speak on 'Newest Concepts on Lymphedema'

March 3  Dr. Rockson is an invited speaker at the Lymphatic Research Symposium with an Emphasis on Lymphedema and Cancer.

March 4-9  Dr. Rockson is an invited speaker at the Gordon Research Conference on Molecular Mechanisms in Lymphatic Function and Disease, in Ventura California. He will be speaking on 'Diagnosis and Treatment of Human Lymphedema: Translation from the Animal Model'

June 28-30  Dr. Rockson has been invited to speak at the International Lymphoedema Framework conference in Montpellier, France

November 9 Dr. Rockson is an invited keynote speaker for the 'Lymphatic Function and the Immune Response to Microbial or Viral Infection Workshop', sponsored by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD.

November, 2012 Dr. Rockson was selected as one of 5 recipients of the inaugural Innovation Fund Award program of the Stanford Cancer Institute. His research is entitled 'Placebo-Controlled Therapeutic Trial for the Prevention of Lymphedema in High Risk Breast Cancer Patients'.
