Mission Statement

To broaden healthcare for patients and families through the unique support and understanding of peer-to-peer mentoring, to foster happier, healthier lives and reduce feelings of isolation

Carefully selected, trained, supported peer mentors help patients and their support circle address challenges related to their medical condition.

On a one-to-one basis, individuals with similar health and life circumstances are linked to develop meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships based on trust:
