Heart Transplant Program
The Stanford Heart Transplant Program has the accumulated wisdom of more than 50 years of research and patient care experience. Our physicians and scientists work collaboratively with faculty from Stanford School of Medicine to develop the latest advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of advanced heart failure and cardiomyopathy. For our patients, this translates into a multidisciplinary program that includes:
